Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Move Stamp, including our website, moving estimator, customer portal, subscriptions, visual inventory tools, integrations and related services. By purchasing, configuring or using Move Stamp, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business accounts

Moving-company subscriptions are intended for businesses and authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account access, configuration, staff users and all activity performed through your account.

2. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law, payments are nonrefundable and partial months are not credited.

Founder pricing, when displayed at checkout, remains locked for the period stated in the offer while the subscription stays continuously active. Taxes, phone-number rental, carrier registration, message usage and other third-party usage charges may be billed separately when applicable.

3. License and account limits

Move Stamp grants the subscribing business a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service during an active subscription. Unless the selected plan states otherwise, one subscription covers one website, one business location and up to three authorized users. You may not resell, sublicense, copy, reverse engineer or use the service to build a competing product.

4. Estimator outputs

Every estimate is a preliminary, non-binding planning range. It is not a tariff, guaranteed quote, reservation, contract or promise of availability. Outputs depend on customer answers, configured pricing, detected inventory and other assumptions that may be incomplete or incorrect.

The moving company is solely responsible for reviewing the lead, verifying inventory and access, applying required minimums and charges, confirming availability, issuing the final quote and complying with all laws, tariffs, licenses, insurance requirements and consumer disclosures.

5. Visual inventory

Photo and video analysis can miss, duplicate or misidentify items. Customers can correct the detected inventory before accepting it. Moving companies must independently verify any visual inventory before relying on it for binding pricing, staffing, equipment or scheduling decisions.

6. Moving companies are independent

Move Stamp is a software provider. We are not a moving carrier, broker, household-goods estimator, insurer or party to a moving contract. Each moving company controls its rates, service area, communications, quote, contract and performance. Consumers should review the moving company and its written terms before hiring it.

7. Customer data and privacy

Business customers may use lead information only for legitimate moving-service purposes and must maintain a lawful privacy policy. You are responsible for responding to consumer requests and for configuring retention choices appropriate to your business. Our handling of information is described in the Move Stamp Privacy Policy.

8. Calls and text messages

If you use communication features, you must contact only people who provided legally sufficient consent, identify your business, honor STOP and other reasonable opt-out requests, observe quiet hours and follow applicable telecommunications, privacy and carrier rules. Move Stamp provides workflow tools but does not guarantee that a customer campaign is legally compliant.

9. Google review requests

Review features may be used only to request honest feedback from genuine customers. You may not buy reviews, offer incentives for reviews, require a particular rating, discourage negative feedback or selectively send the Google review link only to satisfied customers.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use Move Stamp for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or fraudulent activity; upload content you do not have the right to share; send spam; interfere with service security; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; or use the service in a way that harms Move Stamp, a customer or a third party.

11. Third-party services

Move Stamp may connect with payment processors, CRM systems, messaging providers, storage vendors, visual-analysis providers and other services. Those services have their own terms, availability and charges. We are not responsible for a third party’s outage, policy change, suspension or handling of data outside our control.

12. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may impose reasonable limits to protect service reliability, security and fair use.

13. Intellectual property and feedback

Move Stamp and its licensors retain all rights in the software, design, branding, documentation and related materials. You retain rights in your company branding and submitted content. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Stamp is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement and any warranty that an estimate, lead, booking, review request or integration will produce a particular result.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Move Stamp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Move Stamp’s total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the business customer to Move Stamp during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Indemnification

A business customer agrees to defend and indemnify Move Stamp from third-party claims arising from that customer’s rates, quotes, moving services, communications, review practices, content, legal violations or misuse of the service.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, repeated policy violations or material breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to hello@movestamp.com.
