Collected for the mover's estimate process.
Move Stamp stores the lead in the mover's workspace and can send configured fields to the mover's CRM or webhook. Messaging packages may also use contact and estimate activity to deliver requested information and follow-up.

Customer controls
Use only the data the workflow needs.
Movers should configure appropriate questions, obtain required customer consent, restrict user access, and choose retention practices that fit their operations and legal obligations. Automated messaging includes opt-out handling, but each moving company remains responsible for its campaigns and use of customer data.

Does Move Stamp store credit-card numbers?
Move Stamp uses Stripe Checkout for subscription payments. Card details are entered into Stripe's payment experience rather than the Move Stamp estimator or mover dashboard.
What customer data can the estimator collect?
Depending on configuration, it can collect contact information, move addresses, dates, property and access details, requested services, inventory, photos, video and scheduling preferences.
Who can see a mover's leads?
Authorized users for the mover's account can access its workspace. Lead delivery can also send information to destinations the mover configures, such as its CRM or webhook.
Is Move Stamp certified under a security framework?
No certification is claimed on this page. Prospective customers with specific security, retention or vendor-review requirements should contact Move Stamp before purchase.
